Step #1
Discovery Meeting
This session is used to learn more about your current employer sponsored plan or what you desire for a new plan. During this meeting, we will review any current plan you have to better understand what is working and not working for you. We will discuss how we operate, what engaging with us may look like, and the expectations of our relationship. If it is determined we are a good fit for each other, we will book a follow up meeting
Step #2
Retirement Plan Education and Options
This meeting is to review your employer plan options. We work with our vendors, partners, and business planning team to develop plans that would best suit your needs based on what you told us. At the end of this meeting we will either have a clear path and decision, or we will schedule a follow-up call to answer questions or provide additional information.
Step #3
Implementation
Often we hear this is one of the biggest hang ups in adding or changing and employer plan, as the process is daunting, time-consuming, and cumbersome. During this meeting, we walk you through the implementation process and expectations. We stick with you through this whole process to make the implementation is as smooth as possible.
Step 4
On-going Relationship and Service
We are here to be your resource, as managing an employer plan requires consistent review and support, both for you as the business owner and for your employees. On-going service includes:
- Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, or annual financial workshops for your employees
- Complimentary consultations onsite and zoom with your employees
- Review of your plan’s fund lineup and fees
